Well another C-4 season has come to and end and once again Team Hailstorm is the C-4 Champs!!
First off I need to give all the props to my Teammates:
Steve, inspite of being screwed over repeatedly with your Shockers you hung in there and played some serious Banzai boy style ball, I think everyone was scared of you which is why you always had 3 or four guns pointed your way.
Matty, we couldn't have done it without you (or could we? hehe. Seriously TEAMMATE, I love playing with you and working snakeside over.......I also like it when you get shot so I get to bunker people once in awhile instead of you........ You have mad skills buddy.
Darren, you picked up your game incredibly this year and entered the land of dropping insane amounts of paint and mowing muppets off the break.
Jamie, you are the back bone of the team, more often than not you were responsible for taking a guy off the break and doing an awesome job of laying rope at all the right places.
Timmy, well you finally got a Timmy and you did a really good job rolling it off the breaks in both tourney's you played.........I know you'll do a good job lighting people up the middle (and getting lit) next year at MR.
Chad, you also picked up your game in huge amounts this year and definitely earned a spot on the team. Your gun lays rope like no other.
I also have to put in a special thanks to our pit crew chief Candace. It takes so much stress of us as players not having to worry about paint and money in between games, awesome job. Also to our other Hailstorm Chicks who showed up other at tourney's.
Thanks for an awesome season guys, I had an absolute blast. We still have alot to work on but I also know that Hailstorm improved vastly this year over any other year we have played. There is no one Manitoba that we can't beat in any given game and I hope that we are going to say the same thing next year after we have played MR.
I would also like to thank Neversweat for being such great guys and definitely my favorite team. (not to play though)
This post would not be complete without thanking God for his blessings on us people and as team. We would have nothing without Him I found a verse that I thought was very fitting for our team: "Lightning and hail, snow and clouds, stormy winds that do His bidding" Psalms 148:8. Let's keep doing our best to live our lives the way God wants us to and be the ones that do His bidding. I am personally blessed to have such an awesome team to play with, who are not only TEAMMATES, but best friends. All the best with everything you do, wherever you are. And if you want to drop in you know where I am............just drive west and when you start to get really bored and tired from seeing nothing you're almost there

Captain Team Hailstorm #52 '03 '04 C-4 Champs
Danny basically summed it all up. It was a really fun season. Danny, Steve, Matt, Darren, Tim, and Chad some of the best times I had this summer was with my "teamates".....hehe "teamate".
Other credit due is to Candace for the pit-crew work. It takes alot of the panic away between games when we can just come back to our table and have full pods waiting and someone topping our loaders. Its very much appreciated! (Steve, you've got an awsome girl there)
I also need to thank my Dad for covering work for me on tournament weekends so I could run off and play...thanks (don't think hes ever on the forum..whateva:)
Paintball Paradise also did a great job hosting. Glen has put alot of work into the C4 this year. Everything was really good. The new carpet on the field was really nice, along with the "circus" tent at most events, great air fills, awsome paint, consistent reffing and even better prizes!!
Finally, thanks to the competition. The level of play has come up yet another notch this year. There where very few easy games. Nobody was untouchable this year. Neversweat, that cheer you did for us last weekend was awsome!! I don't think we've ever done it that well ourselves.....lol

Hey I couldnt stress enough how much I learned this year and I cant thank hailstorm or any other team for helping me learn it all... it was a great season and the only way to beat it will be to have a fun next season and learn more... I picked up my game cuz I wanted to push myself and actually practice and practice and not just buy new gun stuff (wait I did that too).. and it worked.. and I really gotta thank Matty the most for giving me a lot of encouragement.... as for next year im allready practicing my left hand and its getting alot faster...
Once again i cant thank all the teams i played against this year who made my game just go through the roof from last... and hopefully it can only get better..
MR here we come, hopefully showing em what 204 is about baby
I also need to thank Tim and the rest of the boys for really bringing god into my life this year.. i know a lot of you dont know it, but until this year, i never really believed that much... but i am proud to say, i didnt know what i was missing out on.. even though my mouth still runs off from time to time.... i guess some hold habits stick... THANKS A MILLION FOR THIS SEASON
