smart parts has definatley stayed on the same technology level, while all the other companies are surpassing them, i dont have anything against smart parts guns, well wait i do, but nothing against shockers or ions really, but one thing that really does suck with smart parts is you know you are going to be paying another $500 bucks, after you get your marker to get it as fast as a timmy or matrix (shockers/ions) it also makes me mad that smart parts has the technology for a HE bolt kit, yet if you buy a new shocker it doesnt come with it
timmys.... you are still kinda upgrading outta the box (barrel, ram cap, trigger, boards sometimes) but definately a good gat non the less
my vote goes to: David Youngbloods Enterprises, because i love my matrix's, quiet, fast outta the box (can use a new chip though), and you dont really have to do anything to them, i love mine though so my vot goes to dye

well, i'm sad to say it but Travis is right....if money is no option (which it doesn't appear to be in this poll) then by far anything SHOCKTECH (not shock teck) releases is amazing. I mean seriously, who here has never drooled over a shocktech gun? They are amazing and beautiful and you can't beat their upgrade policy. For those of you who don't know what it is, well if you buy a shocktech gun and register it with shocktech then EVERY SINGLE upgrade they release for that gun you get for FREE. That is ALL upgrades regardless of what they are as long as they fit on the gun you bought.
As for the whole smart parts HE bolt kit, well that argument is just really moot because look at any other gun with bad efficiency. They stay that way, dm's aren't all that great on air either and they haven't improved them until the new ones came out...ie dm4's weren't improved until the dm5's came out. All guns are that way, its just a way for every single gun company out there to make more money....Automags were the same way.
Oh yeah, and by the way Travis....YOU'RE DEAD...mwahahahha. I see you in a month and a half and believe me I won't have forgotten about this.
ps by the way..anyone know where the name Shocktech came from? ooohhh paintball trivia....and NO Hailstorm members can't answer this because they all know it LOL.

Depends on your application...if ur using it for bushball or are a begginer player...nuthing beats tippmann..but for tournament my vote goes for boblong
