I want to enter this tournament but the problem is I'm worried that long time players will enter this tournament to just get the prize money. I don't want to get killed by a pro posing as a first-timer that's just doing it for the money, I at least want a chance of getting third. I was wondering how the people running this tournament distinguish a rookie from a pro or do they just take the word of the player. Please reply A.S.A.P so I know.
Because the players have played paintball in manitoba for at least a few years now, we are confident that only rookie players are signing up for this event. In Manitoba there are only a handful of teams that play in a category above rookie, therefore it is not very difficult to recognise someone that has been playing higher than rookie when we look at the sign ups because in the local paintball community it seems that everybody knows everybody else, especially if they play at your level.
