yo, the captain of team DV8 took a look at my torpedo and finally figured out that the reason I was getting such an inconsistent velocity was most likely because of the small oring on the front of the ram and not because of the torpedo at all. Anyways, after he fixed that I went from chrono readings of +-25 before the fix to a +-7 after the fix so I guess that was the problem.
As for the way we played.....man I can't really talk this one away. It seemed like the teams that we played at nationals were 5 times better at this event. We beat Cartel, DV8, and Virus. We should've beat Hybrid (we lost a two on one, two of us), and we almost won a 4 on 2 against Point Blank (me and ryan, one of the new guys, almost beat out 4 of em but they finally got us). We missed finals by 23 points which sucks SOOO much, but I had so much fun and man is it awesome to be playing outdoors again. My gun did AWESOME even though I didn't clean it after the first day of play. Oh, and I got to try out a shocker and although I wanted one very badly after trying it, I just can't get rid of my timmy after the way it treated me this weekend. It shot a lot of guys hehehehe. Anyways boys, i'll be in Killarney this weekend so lets get a good practice going for C4 #1 hey. Talk to you boys soon. matt.

Yah, definetly wanna play this weekend sometime. I started working on the new field yesterday. I got it all disced up and powdery smooth. Today I hope to harrow, seed and pack it. It's about 85 feet wide by 200 feet long.
